摘 要:用CMV包涵体法确定个体CMV感染,分别在人类生命期的三个不同阶段设CMV感染阳性和阴性比较组。胚胎期以胚胎绒毛组织滋养层细胞染色体为观察指标,新生儿期和成年人期以外周血淋巴细胞染色体为观察指标,发现胚胎绒毛组织染色体CA率在CMV感染阳性组显著高于阴性组(P<0.01)。而在新生儿期和成年人期的外周血染色体CA率检测中,CMV阳性组和阴性组比较未发现显著差异。CMV infections were decided by cytomegalic inclusion method.The contrasts between CMV infection positive group and negative group were set up in three different stages of human life. The fetus stage use the fetal villus tissus chromosomes as observation target, the offspring stage and adult stage use the peripheral blood lymphocytes chromosomes as observation target.It was found that the chromosomal aberration frequencies of fetal villus tissus in the CMV infection positive group was higher significantly than the negative group(P<0.01).But in the study on the peripheral blood lymphocytes chromosomes of offspring stage and adult stage, no sigificant differences were found between CMV infection positive group and negative group.
