炙甘草注射液对离体心肌细胞药物性节律失常的对抗作用

摘　　要：本文采用培养心肌细胞药物性心律紊乱模型,观察描记到炙甘草注射液具有明显的负性频率作用而无正性肌力作用;在加大剂量时细胞簇的搏动频率和幅度随药物剂量的增加而下降,当药物剂量增加到有效浓度3倍以上时有90%的搏动点出现停搏现象。对哇巴因、乌头碱、地高辛、氯化钙四种药物均因K^+、N^+、CA^+离子浓度发生变化而造成的心肌细胞节律紊乱,炙甘草注射液有明显的对抗作用。In present experiment, the effects of Injection of prepared licorice on drug—induced arrhythmia of rat cardiac muscles were studied, the results showed that Injection of Prepared Licorice had significantly negative chronotropic action, had no positive intropic action. When dosage of Injection of Prepared Licorice added, the pulsating frequency and amplitude of rat cardiac muscles should fall. Injection of Prepared Licorice had evident—counteraction on drug—induced arrhythmia due to k^+ ,Na^+ Ca^(+*) concentration change caused by uabain ,aconitine, digoxin and calcium.
