摘　　要：通过对湖南省培养优秀体育后备人才重点中学 (全国培养优秀体育后备人才试点中学 )课余训练情况进行调研 ,回顾了自 1989年以来全省中学课余训练的状况和管理模式 ,探索了中学开展训练的政策、法则、制度和管理体制 。Based on a survey on the after class training of excellent reserve athltes in the key schools and in those experimental unit school in Hunan,the author analyzes the current situation and the management modals,looking back the conditions of the reserve athletes training in these schools.The author also discusses the relative policies,principles,the administration and systems on the school athlete training.Reasonable and practical suggestions on this subject are put forward for future reform and development.
