摘  要:实时在线分析是质谱仪器得以广泛应用的一个重要领域。成功的分析不仅取决于质谱计本身的优越性能,而且取决于所使用真空系统及进样系统的很好配合.本文着重描述了羽毛蒸煮过程中释放气体的成功实时分析和分析所用的单极质谱计及其真空、进样系统.真空系统包括机械泵、离子泵、高真空阀门、超高真空阀门、热偶规、电离规及连接管道.这些部件都是被小型化的。进样系统包括可以控制加热到200℃的进样毛细管道和分子漏孔.Real time analysis by mass spectrometer is an important region to find wide use. Success of real time analysis depend on good performance of mass spectrometer used , also depend on a good fit with vacuum system and inlet sample system used. A monopole mass spectrometer and its vacuum system, inlet sample system used successfully in real time analysis of malodorous gases released in the process of feather boiling down are described in this paper. The vacuum system include machinic vacuum pump. ion pump. ultra- highvacuum valye .high-vacuum-valve. thermo-couple gauge. ionizable gauge. trap of oil vapor. connectors and vacuum tubes. They are all smallsize. The inlet sample system has a controled heated inlet tube, which can be heated to 200℃ and has a fit molecular leak hole.
