摘　　要：为进一步发展与东盟国家的睦邻互信伙伴关系,建立稳定繁荣的周边环境,中国政府首倡在10年内建立"中国-东盟自由贸易区".该计划将对促进东亚地区政治稳定、经济繁荣以及增强东亚国家的独立自主产生深远的影响.但目前就建立"中国-东盟自由贸易区"问题达成协议仍存在不少问题.She analyses that the Chinese Government initiated a proposal of setting up 'China-ASEAN Free Trade Area' in ten years so as to develop the good neighborliness and mutual-trust partnership between China and the ASEAN countries and set up a stable and prosperous peripheral environment. The implement of this plan will serve the political stability and economic prosperity in the East Asian region and bring about profound influence on the promotion of independence and self-reliance of East Asian countries. But there are still a lot of problems in producing agreement on the establishment of 'China-ASEAN Free Trade Area'.
