真丝干法织造前泡丝工艺的研究

摘　　要：内容提要本文从杨氏模量、断裂强度、伸度、抱合力和摩擦系数变化等几个方面研究了选用不同的泡丝剂和不同的处理工艺泡丝后引起生丝的丝胶含量和丝胶聚集状态的改变对生丝柔软性能的影响。得到了最佳工艺,并从理论上作了分析研究。Based on some soaking experiments with different soaking process and varioua soaking auxiliary,parameters such as Yang's modus,Breaking tenacity,elongationpercentage,cohesion and friction factor are discussed.The effect of changes in content andgathering of silk glue caused by the above process on the softness of raw silk is studied.A rational technology is presented combining with a theoretical analysis.
