摘　　要：日本东谷铁工所生产的超喂扩幅呢毯预缩整理机是目前我国针织行业中引进的先进后整理设备之一,该设备通过机械的合理配备及工艺的正确设计,降低了棉针织物的缩水率提高了织物尺寸稳定性。本文介绍了该设备的结构、性能和工艺应用情况。并根据设备结构特点,棉针织物特点和生产实践,对该设备降低缩水率、提高产品质量的原因进行了分析和探讨。在裁剪排料节约方面与三辊轧光机做了对比。The preshrinking machine of Higashitani is one of the advanced finishing machines used in chinese knitting industry.With reasonable mechanical construction and rational technological design,the water shrinkage of cotton knitted fabrics finished by this is reduced and the stability improved.The structrue,performance and technological process of the machine are described.Based on the production practice,the origin for quality's improvement is analysed with respest to machine's construction and cotton knits' features. A comparsion with three roll calender in material's consumption in making the lay is made as well.
