摘　　要：以从近代哲学向现代哲学转换的哲学史背景为基础 ,揭示冯特心理学体系的理论性质并探明其历史命运 ,以澄清关于冯特的各种历史的及现代的误解。指出冯特心理学体系作为哲学是一个在现代哲学氛围中建立起来的、以近代哲学精神为基础的理论体系 ,因而难逃被哲学自身的历史所否定的命运 ;In an effort to clear up different kinds of both historical and contemporary misunderstandings concerning Wilhelm Wundt and his system of experimental psychology, the paper takes the historical transformation of philosophy from its modern formulation to its contemporary formulation as background and tries to bring to light the theoretical character of Wundt's psychological system. The author points out that Wundtian psychology as philosophy is a theoretical system that was developed in philosophy's contemporary atmosphere but which, unfortunately, took philosophy's modern spirit as its foundation, and that it was thus doomed to be out of date and denied by the history of philosophy itself. This is what is most fundamental to Wundt's psychological system for its understanding and misunderstandings.
