益气补肾中药抑制5-氟尿嘧啶所致大鼠贫血的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨益气补肾中药抑制 5 -氟尿嘧啶 (5 Fu)所致大鼠贫血的机理。方法 :经尾静脉注射 5 Fu(15 0mg kg)诱发大鼠贫血 ,同时给大鼠灌服益气补肾中药 ,采用胎肝细胞H3 -TdR渗入法检测大鼠血清红细胞生成素 (Epo)的含量。结果 :在 5 Fu诱发大鼠贫血过程中 ,中药复方能明显升高大鼠全血血红蛋白 (Hb)网织红 (Ret)及血清Epo水平。结论 :益气补肾中药能明显抑制 5 Fu所致大鼠贫血 ,此种作用可能主要是通过中药复方能促进大鼠肾脏Epo的产生和分泌并能促进骨髓红系细胞的生长而实现的。Objective:The mechanisms of herbs of strengthen vital energy and tonifying the kidney in inhibiting 5 fluorouracil (5 Fu) induced anemia were studied. Methods:Anemia was induced in SD rat by 5 Fu (150mg/kg), at the same time the decodtion of herbs of strengthen vital energy and tonifying the kidney were poured down the throat of the rats and serum erythropoietin (Epo) levels were measured by H 3 TdR incorporation in fetal mouse. Results:To 5 Fu induced anemia, the compound prescription could increase hemoglobin (Hb)、reticulocytes (Ret) and serum Epo levels. Conclusions:Herbs of strengthen vital energy and tonifying the kidney has a good inhibitory effects on 5 Fu induced anemia of rats. The mechanism of the compound prescription was to stimulate Epo production and secretion by the kidney and to stimulate the growth of erythroid cells.
