模拟冲击响应谱的摆锤式水平冲击试验机设计计算及试验研究

摘　　要：本文导出了模拟给定冲击响应谱试验规范的水平冲击试验机基本参数(摆锤与台体质量比)的计算公式,并根据这些公式计算并设计制造了一台SSC100水平冲击试验机,提出了利用水平冲击试验机模拟冲击响应谱的基本方法。试验研究与理论分析的结果是吻合的。本文的分析计算方法和试验研究的结果,为水平冲击试验机的设计提供了部分资料。The calculating formulas of the basic parameters (mass ratio between pendulum and stock)of the horizontal shock testing machine, which can be used to simulate the given shock response spectrum testing standard, are derived in this paper. And based on these formulas, a SSC100 horizontal shock testing machine has been calculated, designed and made. Meanwhile,a basic method of simulating shock response spectrum, utilizing the horizontal shock testing maehine is put forward. The experimental study and the results of the theoretical analysis is identical. This paper submits partial information for the designing of the horizontal shock testing machine with its analytical calculating methods and results of experimental study.
