摘　　要：本文分析了加入WTO后,河北省财政体制在财政收入、财政支出、财政运行方式等方面受到的影响和挑战,提出了河北省财政改革的思路及措施,主要是从转变政府职能、财政收入体系、财政支出体系、预算制度和社会保障制度等方面提出了改革措施。This article analyses the influence on and challenge to HeHei province's public finance after China's WTO entry in the respects of its revenue, expenditure function style. Meanwhile, according to the present influence and challenge, some thinks and measures have been made. They are mainly changing the function of government, revenue of finance, expenditure of finance and innovating the technology of operating of the public finance. All of these measures are to meet the needs of the WTO entry.
