摘  要:目的 研究三氯化铝对学习记忆及脑神经细胞数和海马颗粒空泡变性 (GVD)的影响。方法 将 14 4只大鼠分为腹腔注射AlCl3 剂量组和生理盐水对照组 ,于染铝 4、 8、 12周时分别进行跳台实验 ,第二天处死动物 ,取各脑区标本进行光镜观察。结果 大鼠跳台实验表明 ,与对照组比较 ,各时间剂量组大鼠主动回避次数显著下降 ,被动逃避延迟时间显著延长 (P <0 0 1)。 15 0mg/kg 4周及 5 0mg/kg 12周组就有大脑顶叶锥体层锥体细胞、海马锥体细胞和小脑浦肯野细胞数显著减少 (P <0 0 1)。 5 0mg/kg 8周组、 15 0mg/kg及 2 5 0mg/kg 4周组的GVD细胞数显著增加(P <0 0 1) ,且各剂量组细胞GVD阳性率与铝剂量有显著相关性。结论 证实了铝对大鼠学习记忆的影响 。Objective To study the effects of aluminum trichloride on learning memory and the numbers of cerebral neuron and granulovacuolar degeneration(GVD)in the hippocampus of rats.Methods One hundred and forty four rats were divided into four groups,intraperitoneally injected with 5 0,15 0 and 25 0 mg/(kg·d)of aluminum trichloride and normal saline,respectively.Step down test was performed for the rats four,eight and twelve weeks after exposure,the animals were killed on the next day of the test and their brain tissues were excised for light microscopy.Results Step down test showed that the number of active avoidance response decreased and the time for passive avoidance response prolonged significantly(P<0 01)in the exposed rats,as compared to the controls.The number of cerebral pyramidal neuron,hippocampal pyramidal cells and cerebellar Purkinje's cells decreased significantly in the rats exposed to 15 0 mg/kg of aluminum trichloride for four weeks and 5 0 mg/kg of aluminum trichloride for 12 weeks.Number of positive GVD cells correlated with the dose of exposure to aluminum trichloride.Conclusion Aluminum can affect learning memory in rats,which may be associated with the decrease of the number of neurone and the increase of GVD cells in the hippocampus.
