摘　　要：安钢集团公司重组洛钢取得了良好效果,但其中也出现了诸如国有资产流失等问题。解决 问题,关键应从政府主导和参予、股权多元化、完善资本市场等方面分析考虑。Anyang Steel Company Reorganizing Luoyang Steel Company has successed. However, some questions, suchas loss of state - owned assets, appear along with the process. To settle down it the key should be that the guidance and participation of the government, plural patterns of share rights and perfection of capital market must betaken into accounts.
