摘　　要：本文对“梁启超宪草”的主要内容作了具体的分析 ,并同时阐述了民国初期中国宪政实践中移植西方宪政模式的艰难与反复。The article focuses itself on a substantial exploration into the so-called 'Liang Qi-chao's Draft Constitution ' and at the same time expounds the difficulties and the tedious vicissitudes of borrowing the model of the Western constitutionalism in the practical process of Chinese constitutionalism in the budding stage of the Republic of China.
