摘  要:1前言 抓举是举重比赛中的第一个竞赛项目,又是一个技巧性很强的项目.抓举技术掌握得好,对增强运动员的比赛信心和取得比赛的最后胜利具有积极的意义.但是,近年来,一些基层体校的举重教练员,越来越不注重青少年举重运动员的抓举技术训练,特别是抓举中关键技术--"发力"动作的训练.本文通过对青少年膝上拉抓组合动作的训练研究,探讨改进抓举发力技术动作的方式和方法.Based on 16 study objects of weight-lifters dividing into two groups(experiment group and contrast group) in FU JIAN sports school. The article, by applying research methods of document reference, experiment, case inquiry and statistics, revealed that the lifters undergoing compound pull and snatch training in the experiment group displayed a obvious increase in pulling and snatch power, which is greatly contribute to the enhancement of snatch results, while the contrast group undergoing conventional training showed a little increase in pulling power, snatch results reached a stalemate. The article stated that the comparison between the two groups showed compound pull and snatch technique maybe helpful to the improvement of weight lifters.
