摘 要:利用蚜虫在传播某些非持久性病毒时所需辅蛋白协助其完成传毒过程这一特性,综合生物学、血清学及电镜学方法,探讨辅蛋白与蚜虫传毒之间的关系。通过对进入蚜虫体内的病毒颗粒所处位置的观察,用间接生物学方法可测得它们之间的相关性。同时,该研究还进一步证实了辅蛋白在蚜虫传毒过程中所起作用的一部分。The helper component for Potyviruses is a virus—encoded protein and viruses require a'helper component'in order to be transmitted by aphids.Using the specific properties of aphid—borne Potyviruses in nonpersistant—manner,synthetic methods of biology.serology and electronic microscope were used to inquire into the relationship between aphid and its helper component. The treatments in each method were the same as virus with'HC or without'HC'and'HC only.The biological assay showed that the purified virus—solution could not be transmitted by aphids unless it has prior or simultaneous access to helper component(HC).Under electron mi croscope,it was found that the treatment of virus plus'HC'showing the viral particles bound with'HC'clearly at the background of screen.The present study confirmed a part of the role of 'HC'in the process of aphid transmission.
