关于田径规则若干问题的思考

摘　　要：根据田径规则就是要公正合理的精神 ,就规则中若干条款 ,即径赛项目承认全国纪录、径赛项目后续赛次编排分组 ,径赛决赛中出现第一名成绩相等 ,适当扩大田赛主裁判权限以及全能比赛跳高、撑竿跳时限的规定等问题提出改进意见 。the essence of athletics rules is fair and reasonable. The article put forward some better advice ablut the record of nation, organization and grouping aferward track events, questions in the final of track events when result of the first is equal, enlarging the power of referee for field events, rules of time limit for pole vault and decathlon, etc, so that we can perfect the rules.
