摘 要:铅球教学技术比较复杂 ,动作结构要求连贯稳定 ,各运动环节的协调衔接与组合要形成正确的运动链和力的传递途径 ,在实际教学中往往只重视了主要技术环节的教学 ,忽视了推铅球过程中非投掷臂动作技术的配合教学 ,从而影响整个技术动作的一致性及全身的协调用力 ,直接影响学生推铅球的成绩。文章试图从生物力学角度对其进行分析 ,以便完善学生推铅球整体技术动作 ,从而提高运动成绩。In shot put ,since the detailed techniques are numerous and complex the combination of movements must be consistent and stable so that proper kinematics' link and the correct way of transmitting strength can be formed upon the coordinate connecting and combination of different movement sectors.In teaching practice, much attention is paid usually only upon major technical links while the associating teaching of the non-putting arm movement techniques is more or less overlooked.This has had a negative influence on the consistency of the whole movement techniques and the coordinate putting forth of the whole body's strength,sometimes even on students' shot putting scores.The paper briefly analyses the above point from the perspective of biological dynamics so as to perfect the teaching of the shot putting techniques and to improve students' athletic scores.
