摘 要:本文系作者主编国家“八五”规划重点图书《中华博物源流大典》饮食卷的札记,对古代饮馔类著述中习见而为《康熙字典》、《汉语大字典》、《中华字海》所漏收的两个俗字,进行了形音义的源流考辨。This article is the notes of Zhong Hua Bo Wu Yuan Liu Da Dian(中? ┪镌戳鞔蟮洌? (the volume of food and drink ), which is a key book compiled by the author for the eighth five-year plan of our country. Qi(■) and cuan(■) are normal in the writings on ancient diet, but they are not accepted in Kangxi Zidian(康熙字典), Hanyu Da Zidian(汉语大字典)and Zhonghua Zihai(中华字海). The main theme of the work will explain and distinguish their etymology from their forms, sounds and meanings.
