摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济在我国的确立和发展 ,足球职业化的进程也不断深入。足球训练结构的安排 ,虽仍以周期性理论为依据 ,但围绕联赛安排训练是当今职业足球训练的核心。了解我国职业球队的训练现状 ,探求训练过程的结构特点及科学训练的途径、方法 ,对迅速提高我国足球运动水平具有重要的现实意义。With the decision and the development of socialism market economy in our country,the procedure of professional football is developed deeply too.Although the arrangement of the professional football training construct is based on the periodic theory,it's focus is arranged according to the football tournament.If the present training state of professional football is known clearly in our country,and the if the constructive strait of training procedure and the scientific training process and method are studied well,it will have great significance to improve football competitive level of our country.
