摘　　要：对铁路制冰厂方案确定得是否合理,直接影响投资生产成本等指标。本文通过对制冰厂制冰能力与冰库容量的合理匹配进行理论分析研究,提出了制冰厂方案的确定,应采用一种新的计算法——旺季法。The theme is about how to decide a more economical ice-making plant plan.The plan ef- fects the investment and production cost of the plant directly.According to the studying on the rational mate between the ice-making and storaging capacity,it puts forword a new method to decide the ice-making plant——peak period method.
