摘　　要：本文介绍了电脑程控定速降温机的特点和性能。在研制中为了提高低温保存生物样品的存活率,采取一些独特的措施。试验结果证明本机能满足生物样品低温保存研究的需要,所记录的降温性能曲线与国外同类产品相比表明:本机已达到或超过国外水平。In this paper,the characteristics and function of the micro computer programmable freezing machine is introduced.in order to raise the survival rate of the biospecimen incryopreservation, some special measures were taken In the course of development,the results of the test proved that this machine could satisfy the need of the biospecimen in cryopreservation.The records of freezing characteristic line showed:the function of this machine had approached or exceeded the world level.
