中药八月扎(白木通)果皮的化学成分研究

摘　　要：八月扎为木通科木通属植物木通、三叶木通的果实。自白木通Ａｋｅｂｉａ ｔｒｉｆｏｌｉａｔａ（Ｔｈｕｎｂ．）Ｋｏｅｄｚ．ｖａｒ．ａｕｓｔｒａｌｉｓ（Ｄｉｅｌｓ）Ｒｅｈｄ的果皮中首次分得２种化合物，经＾１Ｈ、＾１３Ｃ ２Ｄ ＮＭＲ，结合水解等方法鉴定了它们的结构。Ｍ１为３－Ｏ－ａ－Ｌ－吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂甙元－２８－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－吡喃木糖－（１→６）－β－Ｄ－吡喃葡萄酯甙；Bayuezha are the fruits of Mutong[Akebia quinata（Thunb.）]、Sanyemutong[A. trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.]and Baimutong[A. trifoliata（Thunb.）Koidz. var. australis（Diels）Rehd. ]. Two triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the periearps of A. trifoliata（Thunb.）Koidz. var. australis（Diels）Rehd. （Lardizabalaceae）for the first time. They were identified by spectroscopic(El-MS, FAB-MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and 2DNMR)and Chemical（acid/base hydrolysis） methods, as: M1 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-o-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（saponin D）; and M3 arjunolic acid 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-（1→3）-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（PJ1）.
