摘　　要：当今，世界各国政府几乎无一例外地都在不同程度上为中低收入阶层解决住房问题提供帮助。但是，真正制定出行之有效的住房政策来解决中低收入阶层住房问题的国家却是不多。几十年来，新加坡政府解决住房问题卓有成效。它的公共住房发展计划与政策，对于我国住房体制改革具有重要的借鉴意义 。Nowadays, almost all the governments in the world are offering help in solving the housing problems of the lower-middle class, though not many of them have really formulated effective housing policies to settle the housing problems of the latter. For tens of years, the Singaporean government has proved highly successful in solving the housing problems. Its developmental plans and policies in public housing are significant experiences for the housing system reform of our country to draw on.
