摘  要:用晋城无烟煤粉制连腐钠煤球来代替块煤生产F-T合成原料气,可以降低合成汽油成本约230元/吨。本文介绍了腐钠煤球粘结剂的复合配方和单一配方的实验室及工业试验结果,以供评议分析。A new pathway for reducing the cost of synthesis gasoline, in which Jingchen pulverous anthracite was binded with sodium humate into coalball for the feedstock of syngas, is introduced here. It is the utility of the coalball which substitutes the feedstock of block coal that can decrease the production cost of synthesis gasoline by 230 yanRMB/t. Results in the laboratory and data in the pilot test show that the binder, made from weathered coals and peats, acts as both a binder in the feedstock and a catalyst in the coal gasification, it can accelerate reactive rate and raise carbon conversion.
