荜茇对动物实验性胃溃疡的保护作用

摘　　要：预先给荜乙醇提取物能够显著抑制消炎痛、无水乙醇、阿期匹林、醋酸所致大鼠胃溃疡的形成。口服０．２５ｇ／ｋｇ荜茇乙醇提取物对大鼠胃溃疡上述造型的抑制率分别为６２．９％、３６．９％．３８．２％．５２．８％。对大鼠结扎函门型胃溃疡、胃液量、胃液总酸度均有显著抑制作用。对利血平型溃疡抑制率４８．１％。It was found that an alcoholic extract of Piper longum L., When administered orally in rats, can prevent the formation of gastric ulcer induced by indomethacin, absolute alcohol, aspirin, acetic acid and reserpine. Percent inhibition,at a dose of 0.25g/kg were 62.9%, 36.9%, 38.2%, 52.8% and 48.1% respectively. It also markedly inhibited gastric acid and gastric juice secretion and prevented ulcer formation in pyloric ligated rats.
