薄层—比色法测定止喘灵注射液中东茛菪碱的含量

摘　　要：对止喘灵注射液中东茛菪碱的薄层色谱鉴别和定量测定进行了研究,并提出了采用薄层——比色法测定东茛菪碱含量的方法,具有所用仪器要求不高,分离好,专属性强等优点。Identification and determination of hyoscine in Zhichuanling Injection were carried out by TLC. It was suggested that TLC-colorimetry could be sued to determine hyoscine content. The method showed a good separation,high specificity,but lower requirement for apparatus.
