摘　　要：赛霉安内服剂主要由石膏、艾纳香、冰片等制成,药理实验证明,该制剂毒性低,能预防应激性大鼠胃粘膜损伤及减轻消炎痛大鼠胃粘膜损伤;对组胺所致毛细血管通透性增加有明显抑制作用,且有抑制肉芽组织增生和止血作用。Saimeian Oral Medication is mainly composed of Gypsum Fibrosum, Borneolum Syntheticum,etc. The pharmacological experiment indicated that it has low toxicity. prevent the gastromucosa injury of irritable rats, and abate the gastromucosa injury of indomethacin rats. It possesses very strong inhibition against the increase of blood capillary permeability induced by histamine,and some inhibition against hyperplasia of granulation tissue. It also has hemostatic action.
