肾气丸恢复受损睾丸功能的实验研究

摘　　要：实验表明,肾气丸可使大鼠附睾重量、精子数、活动精子百分率及睾丸组织cAMP量、血清睾丸酮量明显增加,对性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)含量与对照组相比,虽无明显统计学意义,但也呈下降趋势。组织学结果也指出对生精障碍有明显恢复使用,以上药理结果表明,肾气丸具有类性激素样作用。The experimental study indicated that Shenqi pills increase significantly epididymis weight,sperm number,percentage of mobile sperm,cAMP level of testis tissue and amount of sperm testosterone of rats. Although no significant statistical difference in the conjugated globulin content of sex hormone (SHBG) exists between the test group and the control group,SHBG of the former appears the decreasing tendency. The result of histologcial study also indicated that Shengi Pills the have strong convalescent action on disturbance of producing sperm. The pharmacological experiments suggested that this medicine possess the sex hormone-like activity.
