摘  要:用反相高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶制剂中黄酮含量。采用ODS柱,0.4%磷酸液与甲醇(1:1)为流动相,检测波长360nm。样品经甲醇超声波提取,4%H_2SO_4液水解,定容、过滤后进样;用槲皮素为对照外标法定量,线性范围0.05~2.5mg/ml,相关系数r为0.9998,模拟制剂回收率达98.5%。The flavonoids content in the preparartion of Folium Ginkgo was determined by reserved HPLC on ODS column,using 0. 4% phosphoric acid-methanol (1:1) as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 360nm. The sample was extracted by the method of methanol and ultrasonic wave,and hydrolyzed with 4% sulfuric acid. After being limited in accurate volume and filtrated,it was determined by the external standard method. Using quercitin as a control, there are a linear range of 0. 5~2. 5mg/ml,and a correlation coefficient(r) of 0. 9998. The recovery of imitated preparation reached up 98. 5%.
