PDS对精索静脉曲张鼠血清与睾丸LPO含量以及睾丸ACE活性的影响

摘　　要：本文以Wistar大鼠复制精索静脉曲张模型,应用PDS进行治疗,观测术后3月鼠睾丸与血清LPO含量、睾丸ACE活性及SOD水平的变化。结果表明,精索静脉曲张人参二醇组皂甙组(VPG)血清及左右睾丸LPO含量均显著低于精索静脉曲张组(VG),差值有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),而与假手术对照组(SOG)相比差值无显著性意义(P>0.05);VPG、SOG左右睾丸ACE活性和SOD浓度分别显著高于VG。相关检验显示,睾丸LPO含量和睾丸ACE活性及SOD浓度均呈显著负相关(P<0.o1)。提示PDS能明显降低精索静脉曲张鼠睾丸、血清LPO含量,以减轻氧自由基与脂质过氧化对睾丸细胞的损害作用并可增强睾丸ACE活性,从而改善睾丸生精功能。While varicocele were induced in Wistar rats, they were treated with Pan-axadiol Saponins (PDS) at the sametime. Three months after the begining of varicocele,LPO contents of testis and serum, testicular ACE activities and SOD levels were measured.The results showed that: In the varicocele group treated with Panaxadiol Saponins (VPG),the LPO contents of serum and bilateral testis were significantly lower than those ofvaricocele group (VG) (P<0.01). However the difference between VPG and sham opera-tion group (SOG) were not significant. Bilateral testicular ACE activities and SOD levels inVPG and SOG were significantly higher than that of the VG group (P<0.01). There wasa definite negative correlation between testicular LPO contents to both testis ACE activi-ties, and SOD levels. The results implied that (1) PDS could decrease the LPO contents ofthe testis and serum in rats with varicocele so as to relieve the injurious action of oxygenfree radicals and lipid peroxidation on testicular germ cells; (2) PDS may also enhanceACE activity of the testis thus improving the function of spermatogenesis.
