摘　　要：合成了蓝色有机薄膜电致发光材料 8 羟基喹啉锂 (Liq) ,8 羟基喹啉锂薄膜的PL光谱峰位于 4 75nm。分析了 8 羟基喹啉锂发射光谱蓝移的原因。制备了两种结构的蓝色发光器件 ,其最高亮度分别为 12 0 0cd/m2 和 2 0 0 0cd/m2 ,EL峰位于 4 90nm。A new organic blue emission EL material 8 hydroxyquinoline lithium(Liq) has been synthesized.HOMO level of the Liq is measured by cyclic voltammetric method, whereas LUMO level is determined by the potential difference method. PL of the thin film has a peak at 475 nm,showing a blue fluorescence emission.Two types of blue OEL devices with Liq as emitting layer have been fabricated with the maximum brightness of 1 200 cd/m 2 and 2 000 cd/m 2,respectively.The EL emission peaks are located at 490 nm for the both devices.The difference of brightness and the onset voltages between the devices A and B are also discussed based on energy level diagrams.
