摘　　要：《包龙图判百家公案》是明代公案小说中最早的作品，也是明代公案小说的代表作，后来演化为《龙图公案》，体现了明代公案小说的发展过程，也体现了明代拟话本小说编创和演进的道路，在小说史上有较高的史料价值。Bao Longtu pan baijia gong'an is the first and the repesenta tive one in the reasoning novels in the Ming dynasty.Later on,it evol ved to be Longtugong'an,which represented the developing process of the reasoning novels in the Ming dynasty as well as their way of producing and evolving.Therefore,it is of rather high value in the history of Chinese fiction.
