声门外高频喷射通气对失血性休克狗血气和脂质过氧化的影响

摘  要:18只失血性休克狗分为三组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在循环失代偿期用声门外高频喷射通气(频率80次/min,驱动压0.2MPa,吸呼时比1:2)分别喷射空气和氧。结果:Ⅱ组血气、酸碱平衡和血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化与Ⅰ组比无明显差异,而Ⅲ组PaO_2、PaCO_2、CO_2 CP和血浆MDA含量均显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。此结果提示,应用高频喷射通气喷射氧引起的高PaO_2可导致CO_2蓄积和脂质过氧化。18 dogs with hemorrhagic shock were divided into 3 groups. Group Ⅰwascontrol, group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were jetted with air or oxygen respectively and continuouslyoutside the glottis by HFJV (frequency 80 beat/min, driving pressure 0.2 MPa, I:E timeratio=1:2) during the uncompensated period. Results: Not much difference was foundbetween group Ⅰand Ⅱ in their blood gas, acid-base balance and plasma malondialdehyde(MDA). However, the P_aO_2, P_aCO_2, CO_2, combining power and plasma MDA in group Ⅲwere markedly higher than those of group Ⅰand group Ⅱ (P<0.01 or P<0.05) .Theseresults indingted that the high PaO_2, induced by jetting oxygen with HFJV outside theglottis might resulted in CO_2. retention and an increase in lipid peroxidation.
