摘 要:本文报道测定正常人和良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者前列腺组织匀浆、上皮及间质细胞中r-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性及其底物还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果显示:①BPH组织匀浆、上皮及间质细胞中γ-GT活性显著升高,分别为正常前列腺相应组分的4.5、3.2和4.1倍,而GSH含量则明显降低;②正常及BPH组织上皮细胞中γ-GT活性均显著高于相应间质细胞,而GSH含量则低于间质细胞。提示γ-GT活性升高及GSH含量降低与BPH发生发展有关。γ-GT activity and its substrate GSH content in tissue homogenate, epithe-lium and stroma of normal and benign hyperplastic human prostates were measured tostudy their relationship with pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Theresults were: a) γ-GT activity in BPH tissues were very much increased; but GSHcontent was much decreased; b) The γ-GT activity in epithelium of both normal andBPH were much higher than that in relative stroma. However epithelium GSH contentwere lower than that of stroma. Thase results suggested that increand γ-GT activity anddecreased GSH content play an important role in pathogenesis of BPH.
