三种不同布氏菌抗原应用与免疫酶斑点试验诊断布病的比较研究

摘　　要：本研究用牛种布氏菌抗原、LPS抗原和超声波抗原分别做免疫酶斑点试验,比较三种不同抗原对检测慢性布病患者、兔和牛血清中的布氏菌抗体。结果表明,全菌抗原比另二种抗原更敏感。A dot immunobinding assay(DIBA),using whole cell Brucella abortus antlgen(SAT antigen),Br, lipopolysaccharide(LPS antigen) and ultrasonic-broken antigen (UB antigen)on a nitrocellulose membrane bound were usedfor the serological diagnosis of Brucellosis comparing serum samples fromchronic patients,rabbit and cattle. Though 3 antigens that were used byDIBA were well,SAT antigen showed better sensitivity than LPS antigenand UB antigen.
