摘 要:用低 Se 高 Mn 人工半合成饲料喂饲大白鼠,复制动物心肌损伤模型。补充 Se(0.3mg/kg)或 Zn(200mg/kg),以观察 Se 或/和 Zn 对心肌损伤的影响。实验结果表明,单纯补充 Se 或 Zn 均能不同程度降低心肌细胞膜的通透性,提高心肌 CCO 和 SDH 活性,心肌坏死检出率和坏死面积均有降低缩小的趋势。同时补 Se 和 Zn 上述两种酶活性提高较显著,心肌坏死检出率最低,坏死面积最小。In this study the myocardial injury of rats induced by feeding low Se,high Mn synthetical diet and the same di-et with supplement of Se(0.3mg/kg) Zn(200mg/kg)respeetively was investigated wistar rats were randomly divid-ed into four groups according to the level of Se,Mn and Zn in the diet group A (low Se and high Mn),group B(Sesupplementation),group C (Zn supplementation),group D(Se and Zn supplementation).The animals were sacri-ficed after 8 weeks feeding.The sarcolemmic membrane damage of myocardial cell was slighter in groups B and C,compared with that in the group A.Activities of cytochemical reaction in cytochrome oxidase succinate dehydroge-nase of myocardial mitochondrion in the groups B and C were increased.Detectable rate and extent of the cardiacnecrosis also tended to reduction in the groups band C.The aetivitida of both cytochrome oxidase and succinate de-hydrogenase were apparently increased in grouup D compared with those in groups B and C.The detectable rateaand extent of the cardiac necrosis trmarkbly reduced in the group D.Those findings suggested that Zn may play aprotective role in the cardiac injury,in addition Se.
