摘 要:本文采用析因设计方法,观察了大骨节病患儿口服亚硒酸钠、Vitc及两药同服1个月时,对患儿尿羟脯氨酸排泄量的影响。结果表明,各服药组的尿羟脯氨酸排泄量均高于对照组,且两药同服组的效果高于其它两服药组;亚硒酸钠和Vitc的交互影响分析表明,两药同服时,对患儿尿羟脯氨酸排泄量没有增强作用。提示,亚硒酸钠和Vitc均可影响患儿的软骨胶原代谢,且两药同服对患儿的软骨胶原代谢的作用只是简单的叠加反应。This factorial experiment was conducted to study the effects of administrating only selenium or Vit C and comprehensively selenium and Vit C for one month on the urinary excretion of hydroxyproline in the children with Kaschin-Beck Disease (KBD). The results showed that hydroxyproline excretion significantly increased in all the experimental groups, compared with the control, of which that of comprehensive selenium and Vit C group was higher than that of the others. The analysis of interaction of selenium and Vit C suggested that selenium and Vit C had no enhanced but simply additional effect on the urinary excretion of hydroxyproline. The findings indicated that both selenium and Vit C might promote the metabolism of collagen, but have no enhanced effect on it.
