脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)对培养软骨细胞生长代谢的影响

摘　　要：本文报告了脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)对培养软骨细胞生长代谢的影响。结果显示:在一代兔关节软骨细胞培养24h 时,仅在培养液中加入1.0μg/ml 的 DON,即对软骨细胞产生致命性的损伤。在培养120h 时加 DON,其毒性作用随 DON 浓度升高而损伤加重。在培养216h 时加入2.5μg/ml 以下的 DON,对软骨细胞的生长代谢没有明显的影响。简单讨论了 DON 与大骨节病的关系。In this paper,the effects of DON on the growth and metabolism of cultural chondrocyteswere reported.The result showed that adding DON at only 1.0μg/ml to the midia was fatal tothe cultured chondrocytes after bding cultured for 24 hours,that the higher the concentration ofDON in the media,the more damage to the chondrocytes after being cultured for 120 hours,andthat adding DON under 2.5μg/ml seemed not to affect the grouth and metabolism of the culturalchondrocytes after being cultured till the 216th hour.The relationship between DON and Kashin-Beck Disease was discussed.
