摘　　要：在分析城镇职工基本医疗保障制度建立后,医疗机构面临的困难和问题的基础上,论述了医院主动适应医疗保障制度改革,完善经营机制,深化医院改革应采取的措施,即开展特需服务,扩大收入来源;发展特色专科,减少费用外流;改革经营机制,提高成本效益;参与社区卫生服务,开拓服务空间。The difficult positions and problems, which medical institutions will face after the introduction of the health insurance of urban employee, were discussed. Based on the reorganization, methods that will deepen the hospital reform,make the hospital fit to the health insurance reform and complete the marketing mechanism of the hospital were mentioned. These methods include: to conduct services of special demands, to enlarge the income resources , to develop specialty, to decrease spillover of medical expenditure, to reform managerial mechanism, to improve the cost-effectiveness, to participate community health service and to enlarge the service contents.
