摘　　要：国有企业医院是计划经济时代的产物,其对保障企业职工健康、为国家现代化建设做出了历史性的贡献。为建立现代企业制度,企业医院社会化乃大势所趋,但既要积极又要实事求是地做好这项工作。在基本医疗保险制度和医药卫生体制改革的大潮中,企业医院面临着更大的挑战和机遇,但应有所作为,应在区域卫生规划和卫生体制改革的整体思路指导下深化医院改革,积极寻找出路,以改革保生存、求发展。As an offspring of the Planned Economy .enterprises hospital had contributed to health security of enterprises employees and the construction of modernization around whole country. However, it is the general trend that to socialized enterprises hospital for establishment of a modern enterprises system. Active, practical and realistic attiudes are calling for fulfilling this task. In the spring tide of reformations of basic medical insurance system and medical health system. enterprises hospital is facing more challenges and opportunities. Enterprises hospital shall actively find a way out for surviving and development under the direction of principle on regional health planning and health system reform.
