摘　　要：目的 :了解沙眼衣原体在泌尿生殖道感染的情况。方法 :采用ELISA法检测患者血清中的IgM抗体。结果 :130例患者检出沙眼衣原体总阳性率为 30 .0 0 % ,其中男 2 5 .5 6 % ,女 40 .0 0 %。结论 :沙眼衣原体是泌尿生殖道感染的重要病原菌 。Objective:To study on relation between Chlamydia trachomatis and genitourinary infection.Methods:To examin IgM in serum of 130 patients with genitourinary infection by ELISA.Results:The total positive rate is 30.00% in 130 samples,in which the males are 25.56%,the females are 40.00%.Conclusions: Chlamydia trachomatis is major pathogenic bacteria in infection of genitourinary,should be detected and treated.
