摘　　要：学习贯彻“三个代表”思想促进现代化医院建设,要坚持科技兴院,做好人才创新、技术创新、服务模式创新;要注重以德治院:加强思想政治建设、医德医风建设、提高科学文化素质;并指出军队医院要强化姓军为兵意识,更好为提高部队战斗力服务。Learning and practicing the thoughts of 'Three Represents' to catalyze hospital modernization construction should be along with scientific innovation, talents innovation, technology innovation and service pattern innovation. It emphasizes the hospital management by morale, enhancement of ideological construction, professional conduct building and improvement of scientific cultural education. It also indicates that military hospital should strengthen military orientation and serve better in strengthening army forces.
