关于大医院盲目扩张发展态势的思考与对策

摘　　要：针对一些省会城市大医院功能错位,盲目扩张、抢占医疗市场份额的态势,分析了这种态势的弊端,提出了相应的对策。建议尽快出台省级区域卫生资源配置标准和省会城市区域卫生规划,加强政府宏观调控,促进医疗市场的有序竞争。Recently, quite a few big hospitals in the capital cities of some provinces are blindly expanding and trying to obtain medical market share as much as they can. This article analyses the drawbacks of such situation and proposes some relevant strategies. The authors suggest that the competent authorities formulate province - level regional medical resource distribution standards and capital cities' regional medical planning, so as to enhance government' s macro - control and promote the orderly competition of medical market.
