用微波治疗仪做下鼻甲部分切除的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨微波治疗仪做下鼻甲部分切除的优越性。方法　回顾分析 1999年 5月 - 2 0 0 1年 1月间用微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎 ,做下鼻甲部分切除 12 8例病例的手术方法、过程及疗效评估标准。结果　 12 8例病例 ,痊愈 10 9例 ,显效 16例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 1例。总有效率 99.2 % ,无明显副作用。结论　此种手术治疗过程简化 ,时间短 ,无出血 ,痛苦小 ,费用低 ,疗效好 ,优于传统手术 。Purpose To study the advantages of microwave therapeutic instrument in removed concha nasalis inferiorpartly.Method The curative effects of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and the operation method performed in removing concha nasalis inferior partly in 128 cases between May 1999 to January 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Result Of all the patient,109 cases were cured,16 cases got marked improvement,2 cases were improved,one case failed.The total curative rate was up to 99.2%,There was no side effects in the treatment.Conclusion The results indicate that the operating method is simple and convenient, it has many advantages such as its curative rate is higher than that of traditional way,costless and etc.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practices.
