摘　　要：宪政程序在现代法价值体系中的定位 ,是一个重大的理论和实践问题。侧重于从宪政程序的价值内涵、构造、现实意义等方面作分析探索 ,阐述了实现宪政程序价值是现代中国宪政改良的必然契口。The position of constitutional procedure in the value system of modern laws is an important theoretical and practical problem to be settled, in which, with the analyses of value connotation,structure and realistic significance, realizing value of constitutional procedure is believed to be the key to constitutional innovation in modern China.
