PAN预氧化纤维的分段碳化工艺研究

摘　　要：本文通过对PAN预氧化纤维在碳化过程中的热裂解反应机理的分析,采用了以600℃为分界点的两段碳化工艺。对有关分段碳化的温度、碳化时间、张力及保护气氛等对最终碳纤维的力学性能的影响,作了较详细的研究。After analysing the pyrolysis mechanism of PAN preoxidized fiber (OF) during carbonization, we applied two-sectional carbonization technology with 600℃ chosen as the boundary temperature. The effects of temperature, time, tension and protective atmosphere during two-sectional carbonization on the mechanical properties of final carbon fiber were strdied in detail.
