摘 要:继人类基因组计划后,后基因组时代揭开了序幕。在后基因组时代,功能基因组与蛋白质组的研究将进一步揭示基因的表达调控规律和所表达蛋白质的生物学功能。这将推动生物技术发展进入一个更精确、更高效设计和应用的新阶段。同时生物芯片技术对生命科学发展起了很大的推动作用。中药现代化研究,应该大力借鉴和引入这些新观念和新技术,发展和完善自身理论体系,使传统中药的研究能够与现代科技研究接轨,开创中药现代化研究的新局面。作者论述的后基因组时代核心生物技术的进展,对中药材生产、中药鉴定、中药化学、中药药理等学科发展的影响,值得一读。本文对于中医药研究人员洞察宏观发展趋势,拓宽创新思路具有较高的参考价值。A new era in the development of life sciences -Post Genome Era -is following the implementation of the Human Genome Project, in which the laws of gene expression and control and the biological functions of proteins determined by genes will be further revealed. Through the research of functional genome and protein group,biotechnology will be promoted to a new stage of its more accurate and efficient design and application. At the same time biochip offers great facilitation to the research of life sciences. Therefore these new ideas and technologies of life sciences should be introduced the modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine to improve the theoretical system of the traditional Chinese medicine itself, thus creating a new era in the study of the modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine. Through expounding the impact of the development of key biotechnologies on the production, identification, chemistry and pharmacology of Chinese medicinal materials in this article,the authors look forward to the bright future of the modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine in the Post Genome Era.
