摘  要:结合电泳漆和醇酸漆涂装体系的缓蚀剂研究,讨论了阻抗评选参数的选取及几个主要参数间的关系。拐点频率f_b表征了潜在的电化学活性面积分数,又可在频谱图的较高频率区取值,是预示涂层保护性能的一个很好的评选参数。加入磷酸锌等缓蚀剂可增加涂层的电阻和提高涂层的湿附着强度,从而改善了电泳漆和醇酸漆的保护性能。Impedance parameters including coating resistance, coating capacitance, break point frequency and low frequency impedance data and their changes with exposure time are related to the coating system's performance. The examples studied illustrate the type of information which can be obtained in different frequency regions of the impedance spectra. Coatings tested consist of pigmented and unpigmented electrophoretic and alkyd systems. Electrochemical impedance responses are presented for 330 day exposure of alkyd-coated carbon steel samples. The correlation between the parameters are also discussed. The results show that the anti-corrosion properties of the coating systems can be improved by addition of some inhibitors.
