摘　　要：本文采用WHO 推荐的ARI 管理方法与目前的临床诊断方法,对沈阳市第一医院儿科门诊407例患儿进行对照观察,发现两种诊断方法的诊断率无明显差异,认为ARI 监测在城市医院也适用。其方法简单易行,便于家长操作。WHO recommended ARI management procedures have been compared to the diagnosticmethod for ARI currently used in shenyan No.1 Hospital Children's out-patient Department.Itis found that there are no significant differences in diagnostic rate between the two methods.Theauthor thinks in this paper that ARI monitoring should be also developed in urban hospitals.
